We have devoted the last 5 years to renovating and refurbishing our rooms, all with light coloured, warm textured wood, we offer flat screen TV´s with cable service, free WIFI throughout the house, several rooms are with balconies or have a terrace.
We offer 10 rooms:
2 single bedrooms ranging from 10-12 m²
5 double bedrooms from 20-35 m²
2 family rooms for 3 persons from 30-40 m²
1 Hotel Apartment for 2 Adults and 2 children or 3 only adults encompassing 50 m2.
It is absolutely astounding the number of mountains that can be admired from our terraces and balconies, including the Mehlsack (2651 m.), Omeshorn (2557 m.), Rüfikopf (2362 m.), Kriegerhorn (2173 m.), Hasenfluh (2534 m).
We have a ski room on the lower ground floor equipped with a boot heater.
We offer one parking spot per room next to the house. Please bring chains for your car tyres!
Room descriptions:
Room 11: a single bedroom, completely new bedroom furniture, bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and cosmetic testers. Has a terrace of approximately 30m². Enjoy the morning sun and views of Lech, the church, Wöster & Rüfikopf.
Room 12: Is a double bedroom of approx. 16 m². Furnished in typical Austrian style, a balcony of 10 m² facing south with views of the village, a new bathroom of 8m² with bath tub, shower cabinet, XXL washbasin and the toilet is separate.
Room 13: Is a double bedroom of approx. 18 m² Furnished in typical Austrian style, a balcony of 10 m² facing south with views of the village, a new bathroom of 8 m² with bath tub, shower cabinet, XXL washbasin and the toilet is separate.
Room 14: a single bedroom, very cosy but offers all the comforts. Flat screen cable TV, WIFI, a bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Views towards the village.
Room 15: – Our newest addition is a hotel apartment with 50 m² The balcony of 6m². floats above the village and offers unbelievable views towards Lech and the surrounding mountain scenery. Here you will enjoy a double bedroom-living room situation including a 3 seater and single couch, table and chairs, flat screen cable TV and WIFI. The bathroom has a bath tub, shower cabinet, an XL washbasin and toilet, another smaller room with toilet and washbasin are situated between the main double-bedroom and the children`s room with bunkbeds.
Room 16: A large (40 m²) family room on the ground floor with double bed, couch to fold out, table and TV chairs, bathroom with shower and toilet, a door leading outside for smokers.
Room 17: A double bedroom on the ground floor with double bed, couch to fold out, flat screen TV, table and chairs, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, a door leading outside for smokers.
Room 18: a doubleroom on the ground floor with double bed, single sofa, table and chairs, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Room 19: a double room on the lower ground floor with double bed, couch to fold out, flat screen cable TV, table and chairs, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. A larger, economically priced room which enjoys the morning sun.
Room 20: a family room on the lower ground floor with a double bed, a third bed, a couch, flat screen TV, table and chairs, a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Measuring at 40 m². This room is spacious, economically priced and enjoys the morning to midday sun.
Information for families
We cater for families with small children and offer cots and chairs suitable for babies to toddlers.
We are a small bed & breakfast chalet and do not offer „wellness“ nor sauna. These alternative activities can be booked in neighbouring hotels.
In the Lech Sport Park you have the opportunity use their Saunas, Fitness rooms and machines, play tennis, badminton, boulder climbing and freestyle, 10 Pin-Bowling and numerous other sporting activities.
In the afternoons our guests have the possibility to relax in a deck chair on our westward facing terrace, enjoying a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and the inevitable sunset. With a cool glass of beer or wine or hot mulled wine to finish a perfect day of skiing.
