Reservation and cancellation policy

Your reservation can only be confirmed when the requested deposit has been paid.

The deposit is 40% of the total room price excluding local council taxes.

children under and not yet 6 years of age pay €20,-/day.
children 7 years and not yet 14 years pay 50% of the daily room rate when sharing with two full paying guests
Arrival, check-in, parking and allocation of rooms is not possible until 14.00 and no later than 21.00. Please contact us if you cannot comply.
If you are planning to arrive later than 18.00 please contact the reception asap.
Departure is no later than 10.30, you can deposit luggage in the storage room if you are leaving Lech at a later time. Cars must vacate the parking area by 11.00. Thankyou.

Cancellation policy:

a cancellation can be made by both parties three months before the arrival date and is free of charge.
a cancellation made up to one month before the arrival date, the cancelling party pays 40% of the room price.
a cancellation made up to one week (7days) before the arrival date, the cancelling party pays 70% or the room price.
a cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date or should the guest leave before the stated departure date, the cancelling party pays 90% of the room price.
any extra benefits booked but not taken benefit of cannot be reimbursed in cash.
